OOC Information
The Moon's Rest is a laid-back Roleplay FC on Balmung server. We do weekly events as well as planned ones, and we are a drama-free zone. We sport a few Omnicrafters and are always willing to help people out to the best of our ability. Originally started by Pheli Calar and Zyreil'a Yeren, we strive to be as accommodating to people as we can!
IC Information
In character, The Moon's Rest is a place for anyone wanting a home. The Proprietress started this company after wandering the four main city-states of Eorzea, and finding people in need; people needing food; clean, untattered clothing, and most importantly: people in need of shelter.
Pheli started off with a small cottage left to her by her late mother; and over time, expanded to a mansion in the Lavender Beds, on an island in the Ward 10 subdivision. Since it is a home to anyone needing succor, the house and grounds are a strict neutral zone, recognized by the Grand Companies. Fighting is prohibited, and the grounds are warded to prevent unauthorized entry. Sparring is allowed on occasion within reason.
People from all ways and walks of life are welcome, under the affirmation that respect is given in all forms. There are many facilities available to residents, including a bar / lounge, a meeting room, training dojo, library, and workshop. All residents are encouraged to help out whenever possible, or even work should they so desire. Nothing is commanded.
So if you are in need of a place to lay your blade, ease your wounds or expand your horizons, The Moon's Rest welcomes you. The company is like family; and will take care of their own!
