Pheli Calar
Proprietress
Pheli Calar originally hails from Limsa Lominsa, and is a very cheerful and sassy individual. She sees anyone as a potential friend, treating them as so until they give her reason to dislike them. Pheli married into a Xaela tribe, proving to the khan that she could be as formidable as she was caring. She is the mother of three children, one of whom has gone missing. Still, she carries on, taking care of the residents and her family.
Nanami Onishi
Head Healer
A refugee from Doma, Nanami has spent several years wandering the city-states, healing and caring for people who needed it. Formerly widowed with her two sons conscripted into the Garlean Empire, she is never seen without a smile. She moved to The Moon's Rest under the request of Pheli's daughter Kyhana, and now heals the Residents there as well as her daily wanders around the cities.
Dreaming Clover
Tinkerer and Head Mercenary
A very quiet individual who is often seen with a very fat pet raptor, Clover does not speak to anyone unless she knows them very well. To this day, that amounts to two people; her close friend Mylla and her newest friend, Gilawafe. She loves taking things apart to find out how they work, and is just as eager to put them back together again. Clover came to The Moon's Rest after finding out about the new workshop that had been put in, and wanted to learn to make anything and everything.
Sirah Narani

When asked to describe this diminutive, sweet Keeper of the Moon, Most residents could describe her in a variation of the same three words: cute, tiny, and fluffy. But don't let her small stature fool you. Her cooking prowess is second to none and she always makes enough to feed the entire house and still have leftovers! Hailing from the Shroud, she struck out on her own to spread the love of Menphina in the form of helping others and cooking for them. She's often seen in Ul'dah passing out little meal pouches to anyone in need.
